Once you order a print we arrange for it to be printed and then we carefully mount it using an off-white mount. This is then placed in a crystal bag and a card backed envelope and posted to you. This may not happen within 24 hours but we try to get it to you as fast as possible. It should never take your standard rights period of 28 days. Any serious delay will be notified. Free postage for prints bought from the shopping cart!

If you wish to purchase prints - the square ones are approx 8" x 8" / 20cm x 20cm and the rectangular images (both horizontal and vertical) are approx 8" x 6" / 20cm x 15cm - then there are two buttons below - an add to cart under the big image and a Check Out button below the small images. If you wish to purchase more than one of each print then you can change the numbers when you check out. Payment can be by major cards (no PayPal account needed) or by PayPal account - payment will be shown as The One Image or The 1 Image. Prints are often printed to order, then mounted and packed carefully by hand, so we do not deliver within 24 hours! Normally it takes about 7 to 10 working days. Terms

These are firm sales, not sale or return. We turn around your order as soon as possible but printing and mounting take time and need to be dry before sending out.

We cannot be responsible for dust and marks after the photographs is despatched. Damage in transit - we will sort out if you let us know - The product may have to be returned or in some cases photos of the damage to the package and contents may be enough. Sign damaged if it looks that way!

We reserve the right to crop images for printing. If there is a particular part you like that is close to the edge please tell us. Please remember that the screen images and portfolio prints are only copies and that the finished product may be darker, lighter or of different colour!

Prices are subject to change. Postage as stated. Collection can be arranged. Payments will be made through The One Image PayPal account.

We reserve the right to change images without warning, even if they are not sold out. We will consider reinstating them on request. If a size has reached the stated number of prints we will not add just one more.
